I started to order locks with this company last year and touchwood I have not received one complaint in my locks.There was a miscommunication in the second shipment as my factory thought we received one lock less but Grace Chen in this company made all the efforts to prove her excellence in delivering quality locks and customer satisfaction.I am truly very satisfied with their way of working and would only give my business to this company.Just the thing I am a bit sad about is the selection as they have a very small selection of nice looking locks.If they increase that I would be more than happy.Great company would recommend to every business owner I know.
